A Return To Winter With Our First Real Snowfall?

It seems like mother nature is only willing to give us a few mild days before she sends another winter blast our way.

A strong cold front will move through on Tuesday sending temperatures downward and opening the door for our first real accumulating snowfall this year. High temperatures the rest of the week will be in the 40s and lows will be in the 20s. A storm system will track south of Oklahoma on Thursday pulling moisture over the cold air that will already be in place. This will result in a chance for 2-4 inches of snow north of a line from McAlester to Fort Smith, Arkansas.

Of course as with any weather event around here, those conditions are subject to change so stay tuned.
