Here Comes Another One

Another fast moving storm system will bring us a good chance for rain and snow this Saturday.

We will start with rain Saturday morning with what will be the warmest temperatures of the day in the 40s. Then as the cold front moves through temperatures will fall into the 30s by late afternoon allowing the rain to chance to snow. 2 to 4 inches are possible along the Kansas state line with around 1 inch or less from I-44 to the north. South of I-44 will probably just get rain.  It’s a fast moving storm and the air may be too dry, so the potential is there for less snow or none at all.

In the meantime winds gusting up to 30 miles per hour will produce wind chills in the 20s and teens! Hopefully by then most people will have their power back on.
