Police Officers seem to regularly do things that would get any ordinary citizen thrown in jail, with backpatting "investigations" that are basically just an excuse to not talk to the media till it all blows over and they can quietly drop the matter. Any normal person who shot a dog in someone's apartment would be immediately arrested with unlawfully discharging a weapon, animal cruelty, etc. Police officers, instead, joke about it over beers afterwards.

I hope she sues and wins. That is wrong, they should have talked to both parties involved in the yelling contest, and to shoot someones pet just because it is there, THIS IS STILL AMERICA IS'NT IT? It sounds like they just came to the house and just grabbed the first person they saw

I hope she sues their butts off ! This makes me appreciate the Tulsa police. they are educated and usually use common sense. Seems like it is always small town cops that do stupid things like this.

If you are afraid of dogs, you should not be a cop !
