Crescent - Two Deer Creek firefighters have been burned battling a large grass fire in western Logan County.
Logan County Emergency Management Director David Ball says one firefighter was released early this evening and the other is expected to go home later tonight.
The men were burned while battling a wind-fueled blaze north of Crescent that began yesterday and rekindled today, burning a total of 2,000 acres.
Meanwhile, two separate grass fires in northwest Oklahoma flared up again today and combined to destroy about 15,000 acres.
Woodward County Emergency Management Director Matt Lehenbauer says one blaze near Selman in Harper County burned 10,000 acres, while another near Mooreland scorched another 5,000. There were no reports of injuries or destroyed structures.
