There is a shocking story coming out of Texas, where a 13-year-old Dallas girl is accused of luring her peers into prostitution.

Police say the teen lured the other girls into Club Metropolis, enticing them with the promise of money and even forcing them to dance and sell their bodies for sex.

Police say they find hundreds of young girls on the streets because there is a huge demand. Recently, they found a 12-year-old girl dancing naked in a nightclub.

"I just can't believe that a 13-, 14-, 15-year-old child knowingly injects herself into a world of prostitution."

But, police say it happens. In this case, the 13-year-old may have talked another school friend into prostitution. Police won't say what school, but they say they're not surprised.

"One of the remarkable things we learned about this is there's a tremendous amount of money involved, there is a hot demand for young girls in the prostitution world."

Police say the young girls aren't acting alone. They say some of the same people who are pimping out the adult prostitutes are the same ones exploiting young girls. The 13-year-old and others like her may be runaways whose childhoods were stolen for profit.
