Pawnee - A charge of first-degree manslaughter has been filed against an 18-year-old Pawnee County man in connection with a crash that killed two others.
Court records show Golden Ray Lewandowski was charged Monday with first-degree manslaughter in the December third accident that happened just northwest of Terlton.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says Golden was driving on a county road at a high rate of speed when the car struck an embankment and rolled several times.
Troopers say 19-year-old Jeremy Allan Warren was ejected from the vehicle. Another passenger, 18-year-old Mark Stephen Hastings, Jr. of Hominy, also died in the crash.
Lewandowski was treated and released from an area hospital.
Investigators said alcohol and speeding appeared to have played a role in the crash.
