Beggs - More than a week after fire destroyed the main building at Twin Hills schools, students returned to classes Monday.

The fire broke out on the morning of February 27th at the main rock building located just east of Beggs in northern Okmulgee County.

Officials say a new building will be constructed at the same location.

Pre-K through second grade students were relocated to new classrooms after the fire.

The school lost a lot of supplies and equipment in the fire. They are asking for help in replacing several things, including the list found below.

Anyone who can help is asked to contact the school at (918)-733-2531.

Needs List: 8 teacher computers with fairly good graphics to use with smart boards, 8 smart boards, 10 laserjet printers, 3 paper shredders, 3 adding machines, Shelving, 10 teacher chairs, Money bags, Safe, 3 hole punches, 3 ring binder notes books, Scotch tape, Coffee maker, nail clippers, eye glass kits with little screws, safety pins, small sewing kits for teachers to put buttons back on, Small secretary dictionary, Desk organizers, Large Classroom calendars, Puzzles for 4 and 5 year olds, Medium size tubbies with lids, Large size tubbies with lids, Plasti tack, Magnetic clips, Games for 4 year to 8 year old students, Floor puzzles, Glue sticks, Glue guns, Rulers, Incentive Charts, Incentive Stickers, Classroom Flags-American and Oklahoman, Small chairs for 1st grade students, Poster board-Black and Multi colored, Tables, Teacher Desks, Filing Cabinets, Dollie-Two wheel things to move big things, Vacuum sweepers,  Safe to keep important documents, 10 CD Players, Fax Machine.
