Tulsa - A Bixby man is in jail after police made a traffic stop and found a missing Oklahoma girl he met through an online chat site.
Police say Victor Manuel Guel-Rivera was arrested at about 12:30 a.m. Wednesday morning following a traffic stop on South Memorial near 109th Street South.
Officers say Guel tried to give them a fake drivers license, but officers figured out his identity and he was taken into custody on traffic offenses.
A juvenile female passenger was interviewed by officers and was discovered to be a girl who had been missing from Wellston in Lincoln County since early Tuesday morning.
Police say further investigation revealed the girl had been contacted by Guel on an online chat site and that Guel had arranged to pick the girl up at a location near her home.
Officials say the girl had been sexually assaulted.
Guel is now in the Tulsa County Jail on complaints of first-degree rape. Officials expect additional charges to be filed, including lewd acts with a child under 16, production of child pornography and use of a computer or telecommunication device to entice a child for the purpose of sexual acts.
Guel is being held on more than 50-thousand dollars bond.
