Woods Co. Man Charged In Brother's Killing

Clain Brian Schultz of Alva was arrested Tuesday on the murder charge. Investigators say witness interviews indicated Schultz and his brother, Clint, had a fight during which Clain Schultz had kicked his brother in the head several times.
Clint Schultz's body was found on November 30, 2008 inside a residence. The medical examiner ruled his death a homicide by means of blunt force head trauma.
Clain Schultz remains in the Woods County Jail on a half-million dollars bond.
