Washington County prosecutors deny that they tried to force a Tulsa judge accused of indecent exposure to resign.
District Judge Jesse Harris has filed a motion to disqualify the Washington County district attorney's office from prosecuting him on charges of exposing himself to a former girlfriend and her friend.
The motion says there is evidence of intentional misconduct by the prosecutors when a graphic affidavit in the case was released after Harris did not resign. It says a "nondescriptive" affidavit was prepared if Harris agreed to resign.
In response to the motion Assistant District Attorney Cheryl Cerda calls the accusation "brazen" and says it "is reprehensible and totally unsupported."
