Killer Gets Life Term

A Tulsa man is being sentenced to life in prison after being convicted of first-degree murder.
Jurors rejected Kevin Stewart's claim of self-defense and convicted him of murder in the shooting death of Mark Louie last June.
Prosecutors say Louie had a gun but witnesses to the shooting never saw him point it at Stewart.
The 45-year-old Stewart must serve at least 38 years and three months before being eligible for parole.
