Inmate Charged With Soliciting Murder

A Clinton man who's in the Custer County jail on an assault and battery charge is now charged with soliciting murder.
Prosecutors say Jorge Torres-Ibarra is accused of asking two other inmates to kill or help kill two men he believes turned him in to police.
Court documents say Torres-Ibarra offered money or drugs to the inmates.
A preliminary hearing conference for Torres-Ibarra is set for July 11.
