It's encouraging to see some serious effort at catching a burglar someplace around here. The Tulsa metropolitan area is about 10th worst in the country for burglary. The difference between 6th and 10th worst is so small, it would be fair to say Tulsa is tied for 6th worst. It's generally acknowledged that a burglar alarm in Tulsa is essentially worthless because law enforcement does not consider burglary to be serious enough to warrant a vigorous response ... which probably explains why Tulsa has such a high rate of burglary ... six times the rate of NYC, by the way.
