A man who led Edmond police on a chase in a stolen sports car was arrested after being found hiding in a tree at Lake Arcadia. Police spokeswoman Glynda Chu says officers began chasing Jesse Mosley of Norman as he drove the stolen Alfa Romeo about 1:30 Wednesday morning. About ten minutes later he crashed into a tree near the lake.

Chu says officers in an Oklahoma City police helicopter used thermal imaging equipment to find Mosley.

NewsChannel 8 myTAKE - What's Your Opinion? The car owned by Buddy's Classic Cars was reported stolen from Oklahoma City in October.

Mosley is being held in the Oklahoma County jail on complaints of eluding a police officer, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, resisting arrest and speeding.
