Never said my kids are gonna be perfect. They're gonna make mistakes...part of growing up. I'm gonna make mistakes...but one mistake I'm not gonna make is "forgetting" my children. That's not a part of perfect parenting...that's apart of common sense parenting. And medical condition or not, you don't forget your kids.

You perfect moms need to worry about your kids...where your kids are and what your kids are doing. It's always the perfect moms who are shocked when their kids turn up pregnant or in trouble. Judge not or be judged. [/i][/quote]
If you have a medical condition that keeps you from remembering your children, then that child is in danger, and the question of whether or not a parent has the capacity to care for that child has to be questioned. As far as worrying about my children, I do. I worry about them...but being a mother, to me, spans to worrying about EVERY child I see hurt...such as this one, so I do have an opinion on it because I don't want to see that baby turn up in the news dead next time from "forgetting."
Judge not or be judged...overused and irrelvant here because it's something that happened that put a baby's life in danger. I'd rather err on the side of "judging" than err on the side of not speaking out and then the baby turn up dead from "forgetfulness" next time.
