I CANT BELIEVE SOMEONE WOULD DO THIS.. I think that if you can do this to a dog then you could do it to an animal and thats NOT okay... i think it should be longer sentence.....

These people need to be held accountable for their sick actions. If children are involved, then the parent need to be involved also with their fines, punishment ect. I think they should do many hours at the SPCA, dog shelters and vet clinics. Let them see the pain they have caused. This will also teach them how to treat a pet. Parents and teachers need to start teaching young children about pet care at an early age. We all will benefit from a little knowledge.
