Tulsa boxer Allan Green says he's mulling retirement after his chance for a title fight against world middle-weight champ Kelly Pavlik dissolved. A super middle-weight, Green was apparently close to securing a title fight with Pavlik.

But Pavlik promoter Bob Arum says that opportunity fell through after Green's new advisor, New York boxing writer Greg Leon, became involved in negotitations.

NewsChannel 8 myTAKE - What's Your Opinion? Arum's original offer was for $450,000 plus training expenses.

The 28-year-old Green, known for his punching power, has a 26-1 record and is ranked No. 10 by the World Boxing Organization.
