Authorities suspect alcohol was a
factor in a two-car crash near Tishomingo that left a Coalgate
woman dead and five others injured.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says 26-year-old Stormy Palmer died
in the crash about 7:30 p.m. Sunday on state Highway 7D in Johnston
County.
The patrol says Palmer was a passenger in a pickup truck driven
by 45-year-old David Brown of Coalgate, who was in critical
condition after the crash.

The OHP reports Brown was westbound on a county road when he
failed to stop at a stop sign and was hit in the driver's side by a
northbound pickup.
The patrol report indicates Brown is suspected of driving under
the influence of alcohol.
