A change in military policy is forcing Lions draft pick Caleb Campbell into active duty.
Detroit used a seventh-round pick on the defensive back last April and at the time, Army policy would have allowed the West Point grad to serve as a recruiter if he made the team.
But a subsequent Department of Defense (web) policy has superseded the 2005 Army policy.
