Wagoner County Man Pleads Guilty To Child's Sex Exploitation

A 77-year-old Wagoner County man faces up to 30 years in prison after pleading guilty today to the sexual exploitation of a child under the age of 12.
Owen Lee West was indicted in June after an investigation by the District Attorney's Office, the FBI (web) and the OSBI revealed that he had used a digital camera and computer to produce digital photos of a child under the age of 12.
The photos depicted West sexually molesting the child and the child in sexually explicit poses.
Sentencing will be held at a later date following the completion of a pre-sentence report. West could face a punishment of between 15 adn 30 years in prison and/or up to a 250-thousand dollar fine.
