A 77-year-old Wagoner County man faces up to 30 years in prison after pleading guilty today to the sexual exploitation of a child under the age of 12.
Owen Lee West was indicted in June after an investigation by the District Attorney's Office, the FBI (
web) and the OSBI revealed that he had used a digital camera and computer to produce digital photos of a child under the age of 12.
The photos depicted West sexually molesting the child and the child in sexually explicit poses.

Sentencing will be held at a later date following the completion of a pre-sentence report. West could face a punishment of between 15 adn 30 years in prison and/or up to a 250-thousand dollar fine.
