Oklahoma City's new NBA team soon will be
able to move into its temporary digs.
Officials from the franchise formerly known as the Seattle
SuperSonics said Friday the team will lease 25,000 square feet of
of Class A, or premium, downtown office space at Leadership Square.
Most of the team's staff will remain in the temporary offices
while permanent offices are built at the Ford Center, which is
undergoing renovations.

The team's basketball operations staff will have offices in a
temporary practice facility in far north Oklahoma City.
Leadership Square was built in 1984 and features towers standing
22 and 17 stories tall. The towers are connected by a four-story
atrium.
