Man Arrested Related To Teen's Death

The shooting happened Wednesday afternoon at an apartment complex near 33rd and Garnett.
Jeffrey Proctor, 20, is now in custody. According to the arrest report, Proctor admitted to being at the apartments when Tevon Mathies was shot and killed. Proctor also said he had a handgun at the time of the incident.
Authorities are still looking for Tyler Deerinwater as a person of interest in the shooting.
