Jury selection is under way in the first-degree murder trial of a woman accused of killing her 6-year-old son. Prosecutors and defense attorneys began trying to seat a panel to hear evidence in the case of Katherine Rutan yesterday.
The 32-year-old is accused of killing Logan Tucker on June 23rd, 2002. The child's body has never been found, despite a number of searches conducted in northwestern Oklahoma.

Judge Ray Dean Linder in February granted a defense motion to move Rutan's trial out of Woodward County to neighboring Alva in Woods County.
