Eufaula Mayor Arrested For DUI

A Green Country mayor was caught driving under the influence this weekend.
According to a booking report obtained by News Channel 8, Eufaula Mayor Robert Smith was arrested early Saturday morning for DUI.
Smith was arrested along highway 69 in Eufaula after he failed to yeild at a stop sign.
A blood-alcohol level was not listed in the report.
Smith was released on $500 bond after spending about six hours in the McIntosh County jail.
