Arkansas wide receiver Marques Wade was fined and ordered to complete 16 hours of community service after he pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated and careless driving.
Wade was also ordered to complete an alcohol education program. Court officials say Wade paid his $225 fine and $300 in court costs Wednesday.
Wade, who played four games last year, was arrested in July after authorities say he nearly hit a police officer with his car. Police say Wade registered a .11 on a blood-alcohol. Arkansas' legal limit is .08.
Coach Bobby Petrino suspended Wade from the Razorbacks' first two games against Western Illinois and Louisiana-Monroe.
