A Tulsa businessman who's a former T-U football star has died. Neil Sweeney was shot at a business near 31st and Highway 169. He died early this morning. The gunman who's to blame is still out there.
Athletes from T.U.'s Hall Of Fame are mourning.

Former wingback Neal Sweeney shot at point blank range. It happened at Retail Fuels Marketing where Sweeney is President.
It was a bold and brazen act of violence. Right now a motive is unclear.
“You always wonder if he made someone mad it could be business or domestic you don't know what it could be.”said Officer Jason Willingham
Those who knew Neal Sweeney can't believe he had any enemies, let alone someone who would want him dead. At his alma mater there is shock and sadness and hopes for recovery.
“You'll see him at football and basketball games, he would always say hello he remained active in the university.”
The gunman is described as a black male, in his early 20's wearing a hoodie sweatshirt.
