OSBI Seeks Missing Attorney

The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation is searching for a missing Duncan attorney who is facing charges of embezzlement.
The OSBI says 57-year-old Charles Barnes was charged with embezzlement on Sept. 8 and bonded out of jail on the same day. Since then, investigators say several more people have come forward claiming they were victims of Barnes.
Agents served search warrants on Barnes' home and office Thursday.
Authorities say they believe Barnes may be in Marshall County, where he has a home near Lake Texoma.
