A 19-year-old man has been killed and three people critically injured in a head-on collision in Washita County.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says Erik Clayton Huckabay of Snyder died in the crash on State Highway 54 just south of Weatherford.

Troopers say Huckabay was northbound about 7:45 Tuesday morning when his car crossed the centerline and collided with a southbound sport utility vehicle.

A 14- and 15-year-old boy and a 58-year-old woman in the SUV were hospitalized in critical condition while another 15-year-old was treated and released.
