Another child has been injured on a ride at the Tulsa State Fair. It's the second incident involving the Zyclone in just five days. The young female passenger was taken away by stretcher. A fellow passenger told us what he saw.
"Their car got stuck on the top when they went down the incline and went back up, they stuck," says Shane Ray. "And, when we came up, we hit them from behind. They stuck again for the next incline and we hit them again. The third incline they were stuck on and we hit them a third time they finally started shutting the ride down. That was after we got hit from behind twice as well."

The Zyclone has now been shut down and ride inspectors are on scene investigating. We're told the little girl who was injured was transported to a hospital in fair condition, but is expected to be okay.
On Saturday, four people were taken to the hospital because of accidents on the Zyclone and another ride, the Badlands Express.
Both rides were re-inspected following the accidents, but reopened. Many say the Zyclone should never have been reopened.
