Today, customers of Fox Collision Centers were arriving in droves to pick up their vehicles after the body shop mysteriously shut down over the weekend. The lines were long at the 61st and Highway 169 location. The owner of Fox Collision Centers says insurance companies were pressuring his shops to repair vehicles too quickly and they couldn't do quality work.
Customers say they were frustrated how the situation was handled.

"Especially given the fact that there's no one to talk to," Monica Judy told us Monday. "No numbers to call, no one is returning calls, so it's very frustrating."
Fox says he will soon open a new business that will not work with insurance companies.
