All I can say, is that I really hope there is such a thing as Karma. Because that, lying, two faced, POS, Chad Markel (the GM of Fox Collision) is as much to blame as Todd Fox himself. What goes around comes around...

DID Todd Fox declare bankruptcy??????? i have searched the records in Tulsa county, a colleague has talked to the bankruptcy clerk in Tulsa, NO bankruptcy has been filed. It was just another lie to get us out og the buildings and in fear of rebutal from the government. He had the locks changed...not the government! And why? So he can sneak back in the dead of night LIKE THE THIEF he is and clean out the offices.

Painterboy is absolutely right! I know for a fact that many of the vendors used were not paid for several months. And always when asked about it, were given the run around. I was one of his pawns, just trying to do my job to the best of my ability and keep the customer and the vendors satisfied. I want to appologize to all the vendors that I promised I would get to the bottom of the matter...I was unsuccessful.

Upon applying for unemployment, I found that he had not paid into any state the monies due for unemployment compensation. Now if I don't find a new job quickly, there will be no housing payment, no utilities, no food in the house for my kids. I have already driven enough this week putting in job applications that I must now stop...because I can not afford to purchase the gas to get us around.

Thanks Todd, you are a real piece of work.

I work for a district office of one of those insurance companies he is accusing. Last month every agent in our district got a Cheesecake from the Cheesecake Factory (anyone who has been there knows they are expensive) courtesy of Fox Collision. Their marketing rep also told us that she was delivering them to most of the agents in the city. Do you know how many insurance agents are in Tulsa? No wonder he went bankrupt. Don't blame us......blame yourself for mismanaging your funds. Shame on you Mr. Fox.

Just to continue from yesterday, I know Fox says the insurance companies brought him down, wanting him to do substandard work and all, right?

I wonder if the insurance companies were responsible for him not paying the vendors that he received repair parts and many services from for SEVERAL MONTHS! Who will pay them back the tens of thousands each? These in some cases are small local companies, $30,000 may not be much loss to a huge company, but to these poor people, it's literally food from their childrens mouths. What does he care, though.

I wonder if those stupid insurance companies forced him into opening all those new shops when he wasn't paying for the parts that fixed your cars. It couldn't be a great big fat ego, now could it? NO, of course not, it was those accursed insurance companies. Drats, foiled again.

I wonder about the 139 employees you went through in your first year of business here in Tulsa, those double dog bad bad bad insurance companies required you to replace basically every person in your shop FOUR times that first year alone. Were those fired employees just not willing to buckle under the thumb of the insurance companies and turn out bad and unsafe work?

Todd Fox is a liar, He's closed because he mismanaged his business, would only keep yes men in upper management, and didn't pay his bills (isn't that really stealing?). Still has those seven figure homes though.

Now he speaks to the other bodyshops as though we are his brothers. The same man who's STATED goal was to run all the rest of this town's bodyshops out of business. Go back home brother dearest, click your big fat red slippers together at the heel three times, close your eyes and say, "There's no place like home".

I think the last thing that Todd Fox needs to do is open a new body shop especially in Tulsa...Who would take there care there. Todd you should worry about paying your bills and your employees before trying to open another business. Go back to Kansas Toto where you belong and let Tulsa take care of Tulsa know one wants you or your business here anyway!

I know Todd Fox very well as i was a former employee and he is trash for what he did to the people that worked for him and took his crap. Just leave and take Chad Markel with you our community will be better off with the scams and insurance fraud that you made everyone committ out of fear for there jobs.

Fox Collision had some of the most dedicated, skilled, and hard working employees in the collision repair business, and yet he chose to throw it all away only to open another shop, under the Fox name, but with Chad (a.k.a. Todd's "Mini-Me") supposedly as the owner. I only hope that Chad is as much of a crook as Todd, and will cheat Todd out of his interest in this new company. It amazes me, now that it is common knowledge that he cheated his employees out of two weeks pay, that some people are still willing to work for him. I am not a union advocate, but in union lingo, these folks would be known as SCABS!! I find it disgraceful how easily Todd Fox threw away his business, his loyal employees, his former good standing in the business world, and his integrity. He must think people forget very quickly to already be opening another shop. It's not that big of town, or even state for that matter, Todd! At this point, I find myself lucky to be rid of Todd Fox, and to disassociate myself from this wrongfully proud and pompous man.

Simply said.......payback for Todd!

todd fox didn't pay his bills, or taxes and had to file for bankruptcy. thats why he got shut down. insurance companies were the last thing that would have shut us down. how many other shops in tulsa are doing well.
