Oklahoma City - Oklahoma City police have released the name of a man wounded in a shootout with police.
Sgt. Gary Knight says 29-year-old Rogelio Quinoes-Zarate is in the Oklahoma County jail for assault and battery with a deadly weapon on an officer.
Police say Quinoes-Zarate fired at officers Saturday afternoon from the porch of a home in southeast Oklahoma City.
Sgt. Claylan Cline returned fire and hit the man at least once.
Quinoes-Zarate was treated at a local hospital while Cline is on administrative leave pending an investigation into the shooting.
