Drunk Driving Accident Deadly in Catoosa

Catoosa - A Tulsa man lost his life Thursday in a drunk driving accident in Rogers County.
The crash happened early in the morning-- around 6:20 on Admiral west of 289th East Avenue in Catoosa.
State Troopers say a car ran off the road and hit a power pole then flipped over.
25-year-old Efrain Lopez Soto was pronounced dead at the scene.
According to the Tulsa World, OHP reported, Soto had been drinking and was not wearing a seat belt.

How can driving while drunk and impaired be an "accident"?
He caused the "crash" by doing something that's illegal and I'm sure the drinks didn't get into his system by "accident"..he drank on purpose and then got behind the wheel.
