Tulsa - Trailing by eight shots entering Friday's final round, Oklahoma City shot a 10-over 294 to come from behind and capture the title at the NAIA Preview Invitational in Silvis, Illinois.
The Stars won by five strokes over Texas Wesleyan, who had led the tournament after the first round.
Michael Palmer was OCU's best golfer, shooting four-under on Friday to move to even par -- good enough for second, just one stroke behind Indiana Wesleyan's Austin Conroy.
Sondre Ronald tied for 16th at nine-over 151, Ben Bench was tied for 19th at 10-over 152, Julian Valenciana was tied for 26th at 11-over 153 and Clark Collier tied for 36th at 13-over 155.
The TPC Deer Run is the same course that will host the upcoming 2010 NAIA Championships in May.
Oklahoma City is ranked second in the NAIA by Golf World.
