Carney - Officials with the Oklahoma Geological Survey in Leonard say a pair of earthquakes were reported in Lincoln County late Thursday night.
The first happened at about 10:57 p.m. near Carney. That's about 65 miles southwest of Tulsa. The second and much smaller quake happened moments later.
The quakes are the 27th and 28th in Oklahoma this year and seventh reported in Lincoln County.
There are no reports of damage from the quakes, which likely weren't felt by many people.
Typically, Oklahoma records about 60 earthquakes a year. The most recorded in one year was 167 in 1995.
