The ripple effects of the now-closed Fox Collision Centers are being felt in Tulsa. The shutdown closed five repair shops in Tulsa, costing nearly 80 people their jobs. Now, those folks are hunting new ones. Katherine Lark went to work for Fox about the same time she got her MBA in accounting. Last summer, she graduated with a 3-point-9 grade point average from Southern Nazarene University. She says Fox was her dream job.
"The information they gave me in the interview was that they were going to be expanding," she says. "More locations and that the department I was working in would grow into a larger department, and I would be in charge of the payroll department."

Katherine was surprised and shocked when Fox Collision closed.
"Very disappointed," she says. "I enjoyed my job and I was learning so much while I was there. I thought it would be very beneficial for my career."
Now, she's on the way to a new career. She's had three interviews in two days. But, no new job yet. She says her biggest concern now is to find work so she can handle the upcoming bills, and to get ready for the upcoming Christmas season.
