Fox Collision Workers Still Waiting For A Paycheck
   posted 2:56 pm Sat November 03, 2007 - Tulsa
Friday is typically pay day for employees, but some former workers of the recently shut down Fox Collision Centers say they are still waiting for their paychecks. We checked into it and employees can take action. They will need to file a claim with the labor department and then officers will take over.

They say normally, employees will see some money -- with one exception.

NewsChannel 8 myTAKE - What's Your Opinion?"If they file bankruptcy, that takes the Department of Labor out of the picture," says Mary Bebout. "We can't pursue a claim."

Employees can also apply for unemployment. The labor department says as long as Fox Collision paid their unemployment taxes, workers will be eligible for those benefits.
