Sounds like they are a bunch of thieves. This is horrible for the employees who have put their time and energy into doing the right thing by working hard for a living. Tulsa, lets give these hard working citizens a hand. They have been left high and dry, with families, bills and the holidays right in front of us. God Bless you folks who have done the right thing and have been treated so shabbily. The people responsible should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law!

They hightailed it to Colorado - Megan did at least. Starting that new business under his cuz' name... he has been working on it for at least a year...

maybe after he makes millions at that, he will pay back his employees

This is a very sad matter. But I am a firm believer in what goes around comes around. And Megan G. will get what is coming to her and Todd Fox. I know people that he owes thousands of dollars too. and one of the biggest reason he went under is because he had charge accounts at parts places and never paid on them. They are all a bunch of coke heads and embezzlemers. Todd is laughing all the way to the bank....but the IRS will get him and all the employees he owes money too and all the parts shops......hahahahahahaha in your face todd...We all knew it was coming for you!!!

It is a civil matter so there is not anything the Police can do. Shame really. Unfortunately, people like this exist. I feel bad for those that got screwed. Gettem IRS!

Rumor has it, that Todd Fox is in dept to the IRS for almost 24 million dollars him closing his stores had nothing to do with Insurance companies it was his own selfish acts that caused him to close.....I feel sorry for his employees who have been left with nothing...Todd Fox needs to stand up and own up to his responsiblities to his employees...

If Todd Fox was closing his business for the reasons stated in his e-mail it seems to me he would have handled it a little differently.

Giving people whose automobiles were there unfinished only a few days notice to pick them up and little notice to employees seems to me to be unreasonable.

I think the honorable thing to do would be to not take on any new vehicles and focus all time on finishing the rest and giving employees and customers sufficient notice of his closing.

He is nowhere to be found and payroll checks are bouncing. Are the insurance companies really to blame or could Mr. Fox be guilty of bad business dealings?

I'm sorry so many people have been hurt by FOX.

We took a truck in to look at fixing a dent in the bed. They quoted twice as much as much as anybody else in the metro area. Had a rock chip fixed on a windshield there. I had to redo the repair myself to get it right.

It doesn't surprise me that they are out of businesses. With the ubber high prices and quality of work Ive seen.

But knowing how ins. company's are. Its a good escape goat. Somebody should investigate ins. company's and there thug tactics. They are thieves.....
