To number one pepper:

Yes you can only be one person. If I were Steve I think I take a drive to CO. Funny thing though, you were asked to leave, weren't you???

steve VERY sorry for your news. i assure you though Todd did not sign your death warrant and it is not nice to put that on his shoulders. when i tell you we have worked for him for 24 years you wil know my huband. There is NO way todd meant for any of this to happen. i am not defending everything the man has done, hell iwould not defend anyone that way we all make mistakes, but this has been a big loss for him as well. i will pray for you and wish there was someway for me to help you.

Please tell Mr. Edkin to contact the OU/OSU Bedlam Clinic at 619-4555, and hopefully they can help him get his surgery. They are set up on a sliding scale/ability to pay. God bless!

In all of the turmoil, I'm surprised noone has mentioned the fact that Mr. Fox was a very heavy gambler some might say a "high roller". There were several times he would be playing a $25 slot betting $75 a spin and would go thru $1000 in 5 minutes. Just like anyone who has ever been to the casino, sometimes you win but most of the time you don't. One night he was handed a check at one of the local casino's for $72,000. There were nights when he would cash out a $4000 ticket and hand it to a buddy and tell him to go have fun. So maybe there is a story here in itself on why FOX really closed down.

has anyone thought of setting up a fund for this gentleman? I know especially now around the holidays people like to help those in need, and I think he would qualify.. I don't have much, but I could spare a couple dollars for him, and I think there are many others who can and would do the same..

I sure hope Mr. Edkin can get the help he needs. It's a shame, here he is a US citizen and without a job & insurance and he is denied the health insurance he needs to survive. But our government is to busy trying to give freebies to all the illegals in our country, something is very wrong with this picture.

Please tell Mr. Edkin to go to the Oklahoma High Risk Pool at http://www.oid.state.ok.us/consumer/hrp.html or (800) 255-6065. The High Risk Pool was created to serve those who are considered medically uninsurable or high risk. In layman?s terms, it means they have been denied health insurance due to a serious health condition. In certain cases, it also applies to those who have been quoted very high premiums ? again, due to a serious health condition.

It is a non-profit, legal entity created by the Oklahoma Legislature in 1995. The Oklahoma Insurance Department was asked to design, launch and assist in coordinating its operations. However, a nine-member board of directors governs it.
