I found an article this evening on Todd. M&I Bank has file a lawsuit here in Tulsa today against Todd, Jody, Fox Collision, and Fox Realty for unpaid loans. The lawsuit totals 7.2 million dollars, tack that onto his list of monies owed, to us employees, vendors, and creditors.

Rumor has it that Todd Fox has paid another 30 days lease and insurance on all his buildings. Hmmm........that was a lot a money that was owed to employees. I hear Hertz was able to their escalade back. It would be nice to get an update from Channel 8 on these stories>

Todd Fox Still Owes My Husband over $2200.00. My Husband was an Auto Body Tech in Springdale Arkansas. We just found out that Todd Fox has paid his Rental for the Building in Springdale. So Wheres My husbands last Check? Irene Wolff boopin411@cox.net
