Lets all sit back and remember one thing. Karma. Todd Fox will get his one day and when that day comes then we will all have our closure. But it will never be forgotten. And to miss megan - pull your head out - why don't you be smart like Tom and chad finally were and open your eyes and see what kind of person he really is. There is so much he did wrong i could probably sit and write a book about it. And i do know first hand because i was around him on many occasions outside of work, and over heard many calls he had with his upper mananagement. So those out there who think he is not in the wrong, boy are you blind. From, all the lies, to all the kissing a** to the insurance agents, (you know who you are). All i really have to say is keep fighting. somebody's going to win this battle and it isn't going to be Todd. He's out numbered. And as for his new shop Toddy's in Aspen, i wouldn't sweat it, becasue thanks to a family member in colorado who works for the newspaper, he is about to be exposed on how he really is, in the paper and in the news, so therefore he better be ready to shut another shop down. And as for the letter to the employees over the weekend, i agree with leaving his children alone, this is not there fault. As for jody she is NO VICTIM in this, don't kid yourself! Time will go on,we will win this, and then we can look back and laugh when Todd has lost everything.

Bravo Aspen! Still, on paper, there is no PROOF of ownership. It's way too much coincidence, but there is NO PROOF. That's what we need to find. I'm sure it's out there. If there is a partnership with his 'friend' there is documentation somewhere.

It can only be C.M. if someone else is doing his typing for him. If you ever had the pleasure of receiving an email from him, you would know. He can't spell or punctuate. Until he was given an assistant, instructions, etc., from CM were rambling. It took longer to decipher his message than it did to complete his instructions.

Proof? I suppose that creditors walking in and refusing to leave without a payment were all in my head. The repeated collection calls, calling for parts and being informed Fox Collision was on C.O.D. Delays being able to deliver cars because we couldn't get the parts! THESE ARE NOT RUMORS! Vendors talk to competitors, that's a FACT!

Pull your Headout... I, too, hate rumor. With as much debt as Fox Collision had, I couldn't begin to guess how much TF managed to squirrel away. I know for FACT that we were instructed to deposit funds to a new account about a week, to 10 days before he closed.

TF's employees weren't stupid, or blind, and they're MAD AS HELL.

hey pull your head out I DO have first hand experience and I HAVE done my homework. It is public knowledge that the man owes back taxes. LOOK IT UP you can find a list of tax offenders and how much they owe if you take the time.If your so interested about the TRUTH why don't you make a little trip to the court house and look up the fact that the man has taken out over one million dollars against his properties in 2007 alone. Hmmm wonder what that money was needed for? Why don't you look at the fact that the vehicle he has been driving around in is owned by HERTZ as part of a business arrangement he had through FOX COLLISION. He shut down the business took their vehicle out of state and rufused to let them know about it. Once again not rumored known fact. I believe that is something like grand theft auto??? So if your so interested in knowing the WHOLE story and not rumors why don't you look for the facts??? If you know them so well why can't you express them??? Because you don't know. I'm sure you and todd are having a jolly old laugh at all this and living it up in aspen and will have a great holiday. Just remember you get back what you put out there and you know what they say about karma.

I could be that I've been arguing with a man with the initials C.M.- Todd's alleged "buyer" at the 41st Street store that they attempted to keep open..who knows, but I'll leave you all with this:

I've never seen anyone get so emotionally involved in something that he is not directly involved in. How's the weather in Colorado???

I think this is the best example yet of what I have been trying to say: please go back and check all my blogs, I never said these people did not have the right to be furious. but the next reader will read what you just wrote and swear I said they don't have the right to be furious. Yes, of course...I'M the one in denial. If you'd stop to think, Im not all that mad, it will only increase my business. But you could at least acknowledge that a lot of people & businesses are hurting because of this. The worst part is the black eye that he's dealt to our industry- back to being labeled crooks after fighting it all this time.
