Just found this online, M&I filed suit today against Todd, Jody, Fox Collision, and Fox Realty for outstanding loans. They are suing for 7.2 million.

All this talk about Todd is trying to hide the fact that there are more people involved than him. I don't know them all, but I do know one personally. Megan Gilligan. I talked to Megan two days before we were all fired and she lied to the Aspen newspaper and said that she was gone "long" before this happened. Like I said, I talked to her two days before and she said that we had nothing to worry about. She lied to hundreds of former employees so in my book this makes her just as guilty as Todd. Along with all the others that went with him. They had the chance to do the right thing, but didn't. Maybe they are meant for each other. To Meagan and all the others that went with Todd, don't come back to Tulsa, you are not welcome. Everyone needs to go to the Aspen Times website and post a comment about what Todd has done, because Todd's cousin, Mr. Fesler, is claiming that all of this is rumors and lies. Let Aspen know the truth.

Great job Channel 8-Now, I'm sure Fox's former employees are smart enough to mass produce some flyers to distribute in the Aspen area with some facts concerning their former boss's business practices, and perhaps could secure a list of mailing addresses for Aspen and surrounding communities as well.....I'm thinking the people who would patronize his new business would change their minds in a hurry if they knew what grief he had caused his former employees and customers....just a thought.

Lets all sit back and remember one thing. Karma. Todd Fox will get his one day and when that day comes then we will all have our closure. But it will never be forgotten. And to miss megan - pull your head out - why don't you be smart like Tom and chad finally were and open your eyes and see what kind of person he really is. There is so much he did wrong i could probably sit and write a book about it. And i do know first hand because i was around him on many occasions outside of work, and over heard many calls he had with his upper mananagement. So those out there who think he is not in the wrong, boy are you blind. From, all the lies, to all the kissing a** to the insurance agents, (you know who you are). All i really have to say is keep fighting. somebody's going to win this battle and it isn't going to be Todd. He's out numbered. And as for his new shop Toddy's in Aspen, i wouldn't sweat it, becasue thanks to a family member in colorado who works for the newspaper, he is about to be exposed on how he really is, in the paper and in the news, so therefore he better be ready to shut another shop down. And as for the letter to the employees over the weekend, i agree with leaving his children alone, this is not there fault. As for jody she is NO VICTIM in this, don't kid yourself! Time will go on,we will win this, and then we can look back and laugh when Todd has lost everything.

The guy obviously doesn't mean what he said in the letter.... working on raising money to pay them back... it looks as though he raised money to start a new business. Now some may say that's so he can create income and pay them back, but for many of those left empty handed with bills to pay... they might have wanted what was coming to them instead of having to trust him opening a new business and paying back. Why doesn't someone put a lien on his Colorado house and new Aspen business?

Way to go Channel 8! You guys are doing a great job of following up on this criminal. I say its a good thing he's in the blanket business. He's going to need them to cover up. Todd Fox--You can run but you can't hide!! I wonder when is something going to be done about the bounced checks, that's a felony. Hopefully word will get to Aspen so more people are not hurt by this thief. We all know that with all the mega advertising he was doing, all the fancy shops he was opening and having a NASCAR race car really hurt his profits but your profit doesn't disappear overnight, you would have time to scale back (maybe change your lifestyle) and give your employees a notice and finish the cars you take it before you run out of town to open a new business. There's more to the story.

I would also like to take this time to say thank you so very much to channel 8 especially bert mummalo for their continuous diligence regarding this story. All of the other news stations have dropped the story and I really appreciate your follow up and keeping this in the spotlight regarding what this man has done. None of us expected that it would turn in to what it has and that we would be able to get people to help us and in large part that is from people seeing it on your newscast. Thank you for all that you do and letting the publice know what is "really" going on.

My husband worked for fox collision and I have been trying to dig up as much as I can on Mr. Fox. I will not rest until he is criminally prosecuted for what he has done to my family and many others. I know that some of the shops in tulsa have already been seized because he did pay with rent checks that bounced. I also know that the man has been planning this for a while and took loans out against the two shops that he does own as well as his personal home I'm sure probably to fund toddy's in colorado. It seems to me that this is fraudulant activity. We are persuing the WARN act in our class action law suit. I also know there are some ex employees that told everyone they had no idea where he was that are living in colorado and working for him at toddy's. Obviously these are people that were very close to him. I'm not going to name any names but eventually he will use them and throw them away just like he has everyone else. His only objective is to further himself and make as much money as he possibly can. He has devastated my family,luckily my husband has been able to find another job. He has put us in an extreme financial bind when it comes to insurance, paying our mortgage, and the holidays coming up. He wants us to leave him and his family alone. What has he done to my family? My husband had a wife and children also. As well as the hundereds of other families left wondering how we are going to make sure our kids have christmas. I do feel some compassion for his kids because they have been uprooted from their lives too and it is not their fault that their father is an immoral, selfish, greedy person. If any of these things had been done by me as a private citizen I would have been arrested immediately and he deserves the same. I ask that as a community we make sure that this man not be able to operate any businesses in tulsa ever again.

Unfortunately, the only ones who will ever get anything substantial is the attorney. I recently had the same thing happen with a company I worked for that closed 21 medical clinics in 4 states suddenly and without paying over 100 employees. I got a large administrative order from the Labor Department to the tune of $41,000, but I can't even find an attorney who is willing to even send a letter to help me try to collect it because apparently it is not worth the paper it was written on.

I have forwarded the news story links to the Aspen newspaper, and to the Aspen Chamber of Commerce. There is no TV station, that I could find. Only time will tell us if they follow up, or if they respond to my emails. Let's hope they care more about this story than the Wichita local media does. Tulsa needs to be grateful for a news team like Channel 8.
