Man Arrested In Driver's Killing in OKC

Sgt. Gary Knight says James Leroy Green II was arrested Wednesday and booked into the Oklahoma County jail on a first-degree murder complaint.
Fifty-three-year-old Rickey Lee Smith was gunned down inside his vehicle on Oct. 19 after he stopped at a stop sign along the Interstate 240 service road.
Police say a suspect pulled up behind Smith's vehicle in a white pickup truck, walked up to the Smith's window and shot him. Smith was taken to a local hospital, where he died.
A possible motive for the killing was not released.
