Pipe Bomb Found In Owasso Apartment

It's happening near 86th Street North between 129th and 145th East Avenue. That's across from Owasso High School, about a quarter of a mile away from the school site.
Police discovered the device and called the bomb squad. All the surrounding apartments were evacuated and the bomb squad worked to secure the device.
The suspect was arrested for drug-related charges. His name has not been released.
It's unclear when the scene will be safe for residents to be allowed to return to their homes.
