Charges Filed In Pipe Bomb Discovery

Nineteen-year-old Dylan Hayes was charged Tuesday with unlawful possession of an explosive device and three drug counts.
On November 16th, officers serving a search warrant on the apartment on 86th Street North discovered the pipe bomb, which caused several surrounding apartments to be evacuated.
Hayes remains in the Tulsa County Jail on more than 55-thousand dollars bail.
