A Tulsa County jury has convicted a man on three counts of first-degree murder in the shooting deaths of a 10-year-old girl, the girl's mother and the mother's husband in Owasso. Clarence Goode Junior now faces a possible death sentence for the deaths of 10-year-old Kayla Burchett, Tara Burchett-Thompson and Mitch Thompson in August 2005.
Prosecutors say Goode orchestrated the crime with co-defendants Ronald Thompson and Kenneth Johnson.

Thompson was Mitch Thompson's cousin and testified against Goode as part of a plea deal. Johnson is to go on trial in February.
The penalty phase of the case begins today.
