Tulsa - A wind advisory is in effect across northeastern Oklahoma for Saturday.
The advisory runs from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. for Cherokee, Craig, Creek, Delaware, Mayes, McIntosh, Muskogee, Nowata, Okfuskee, Okmulgee, Osage, Ottawa, Pawnee, Rogers, Tulsa, Wagoner and Washington counties.
South winds of between 15 and 25 miles per hour can be expected, with gusts to around 40 miles per hour. Wind gusts that strong can make driving difficult, especially for top-heavy vehicles like SUVs and trucks.
