Two Arrested For Allegedly Kidnapping, Raping 13-Year-old
Broken Arrow - Police have arrested two people, accused of holding a 13-year-old against her will and raping her. The 14-hour ordeal allegedly started Sunday night. Police say it began in Broken Arrow and ended in Haskell.
