The 2010-11 basketball schedule for the Oral Roberts women's basketball team features eleven non-conference games and eight against teams that made the postseason last year.
The season begins with three straight home games -- November 12th against Texas-Arlington, November 14th against North Texas and November 16th against crosstown rival Tulsa for the annual Mayor's Cup game.
"It's a very challenging schedule, both home, away and neutral sites included," said head coach Jerry Finkbeiner. "For our fans, it's a very attractive home schedule with three-straight opening games against UTA, North Texas and Tulsa, followed by Houston a couple of weeks later. We're also excited about traveling to play Arkansas and Oklahoma State. We have a lot of games early, but we like to have that early wake up call."
The Golden Eagles return four starters and three-quarters of their offensive production from last season, including record-shattering sophomore Kevi Luper, the Summit League Player of the Year.
