Shock to Celebrate Fan Appreciation Night Saturday

Posted: Updated:

The Tulsa Shock have one remaining home game on the schedule and they're going to make it worth the price of admission.

The Shock will play the Chicago Sky Saturday night at 7 p.m. at the BOK Center. It will be Chicago's first visit to Tulsa and the Shock hope fans turn out in full force.

A fan appreciation night is planned for the final game of the team's inaugural season and will include 40-thousand dollars in prize giveaways. The giveaways will include the jerseys off the players' backs following the game.

Players will also greet fans at the gate and the first five-thousand fans entering the arena will receive a team photo postcard.

Chicago is led by Sylvia Fowles, who averages 18.1 points and ten rebounds per game. Tulsa counters with Ivory Latta, who leads the team in both points (12.4 ppg) and assists (3.9 apg).
